Dr. Marcus Dobbins is a native Helenan who has returned home, eager to give back to the community that helped raise him. He graduated from Capital High School in 2011, where he then went on to graduate from Montana State University with a degree in Health and Human Performance, with an emphasis in Exercise Science. Ultimately, he would then go on to graduate from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, with his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree.

Dr. Dobbins uses a multitude of techniques to treat his patients, including chiropractic manipulation therapy, manual therapy (including percussive therapy, cupping, instrument assisted manual therapy, trigger point therapy, etc...), traction, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities. He believes each patient that comes in has a unique presentation, and needs a unique treatment plan to best care for them.
